For payment processing we are proud to work with PayPal.

Once your credit card information reaches PayPal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Return Policy

You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by MamaGoddessBirthShop within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original packaging.If the return is a result of our error we will pay for the shipping, if it is not the shipping will not be deducted from the refund.

Midwifery Supplies, Home Birth Kits,La Bassine Pools, and Other Medical Products

Because of the importance of maintaining a sterile and sanitary condition to our birth supplies, we regretfully do NOT accept any returns or exchanges.

If it is a La Bassine Birth Pool that has been opened, we are not able take it as a return. if the pool is coming back because it is not wanted, there will be a $25 re-stocking fee deducted from the refund.

However if you received something that was broken, opened or damaged in any way please call us and we will make sure that you are either reimbursed or we will replace the item.

Exchanges

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an e-mail to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please return the original item and you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item. And place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive.
