We have established a new “Pick-up” option for Local Vancouver residents who would prefer to save the shipping costs.
To access this option just simply click on “Pick-up” when you get to the shipping options during the check out process. We will contact you right away to set up a time for picking up your packages. We are located in East Vancouver, and will give you our exact address when we contact you for picking up.

Q.If I sign up for your e-newsletter will you sell my personal information?

A. Absolutely not. Your privacy is as important to us as it is to you. Any and all information collected on this site or by MamaGoddessBirthShop will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed or loaned. We maintain a very strict privacy policy for the peace of mind of our customers.

Q. Is it safe to use my credit card for online purchases?

A. The security of your information, transactions, and money is the core of our business and the top priority at PayPal – our company of choice for online credit card processing. PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Once your information reaches PayPal, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. We accept all major credit cards as well as Gift Certificates issued by Mama Goddess Birth Shop.

Q. How long will it take to get my order?

A. Delivery times will depend on what level of shipping service you have chosen, and where the item is being shipped. For specific shipping times, see our Shipping page.

Q. How will my online purchases be delivered to me?

A. Online purchases will be mailed to you within 48 hours. We ship all orders by Canada Post. If you require faster shipping, an expedited service is also available. For more information, see our Policies page under “Shipping”

Q. What customer information do you collect?

A. While maintaining our commitment to your privacy, we do collect personally and non-personally identifiable information about you. A detailed description of the types of information collected is outlined below. Personally identifiable information includes your name, shipping address, billing address, e-mail address. We do not collect or store your credit card information. Credit card processing is performed at PayPal, a secure online creditcard transaction company. Any information that is collected is done during the online checkout process so that we can properly fulfill your orders. Non-personally identifiable information includes your browser type, domain name, IP address and how you maneuvered through our web site. We collect this information so that we can identify general shopping and navigation patterns so we might better understand how to improve your experience with us.

Q. What type of product guarantee do you offer?

A. We want you to be happy with your purchases and so have put the effort into a Returns policy for your convenience.

Q. Do you charge sales tax?

A. Sales tax is not charged to our international shoppers. If you are Canadian you can expect to see your total taxes when you update your shopping cart. Taxes are added according to your geographic area. For example Alberta residents will not be charged any provincial sales tax.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes we will also ship almost anywhere in the world—you will be billed the actual postage cost separately once the item has shipped and it will appear as a separate charge on your credit card statement. Mama Goddess is proudly Canadian. For this reason, all our prices are quoted in Canadian dollars. Due to the exchange rate, customers in the USA can expect to save approximately 20 – 40% on all listed prices depending on the current exchange rate! Additionally International customers will not be charged Canadian sales Tax.

Q. Do you have a retail outlet? Or do I have to order online…

A. At this time we are an on-line only store. However we have recently added a new “pick-up” option to our shipping choices for Vancouver B.C residents. We also are able to take orders over the phone for your convenience.
