Perineal Healing Bath Bags
These healing bath bags were concieved during a postpartum visit with one of our doula clients.
While making two separate batches of tea, one for her Perineal area and one for her to drink, we thought, what if all the mother had to do was get in the bath and steep herself!
After the initial giggles wore off, we thought seriously about the idea and loved it.
Thus our Perineal healing bath bags were born!
Just toss one of these bags into the bath with the mother who is healing her “Perineal area” and let it steep for about 5 minutes. If she wants she can even take the bag and place it gently on her Perineal area and squeeze it, allowing all the healing qualities of the bag to come out right on the area that needs healing the most.
Each bag can be used at least twice, and each box comes with two bags and a handout with instructions for use and information on the healing benefits of each herb in the bag.
Inside each bath bag we have added:
Epsom Salts,Calendula,Yarrow,Comfrey leaf and root, Rosemary, and Plantain.
