Is it a time saver? Do your kids love it, or does it make you effortlessly look like Martha Stewart? Is it a sneakey way to get healthy things into your kids?

If you answered “Yes” to some or all of the above, send it on in!!
All you have to do is post your favorite recipe to our contest Facebook page

Recipes will be tested and judged by a panel at meals for mums.
